A better nights sleep ,thank goodness,  J cuts up my toast into small pieces, and I  just sit there being waited on. The bathroom routine takes some time, but we have it sorted. The weather doesn't seem to have got the menu that it's JULY. I am looking at your journals but can't comment at the moment.
