A busy day starting with a dip in the Puffin Pool. The water was warm today thank goodness. Last weeks session was cancelled because they could not get the temperature up.
Mike dropped me off at the British legion afterwards where I had my Covid jab. Really lovely nurses. Had the Moderna one this time.
Mike and David met me in Tesco for breakfast. Very nice and good value.
The weather was good so we decided to go for a walk at Loch Kinellan. We were pleased to see a family of swans doing well. Not sure where they nested this year , six heathy cygnets this year
