I've been told that the tenant in the flat below mine will be moving out on Friday. It is two years almost to the day that I moved into the attic flat here, and then I dropped down one flight of stairs on the same day that a well-known bloke in a precious hat sat on a substantial chair. Now I'm preparing for my final descent just in case that the ground floor flat is immediately habitable.
