ABBA VOYAGE

Very overcast and a bit of drizzle this morning.

I went to Waterloo to meet my daughter, we had a look at the Leake Street ‘Art’ in the arches and also checked out all the newish restaurants under Waterloo station. However we went to eat at TAS in the Cut, a Turkish restaurant.  Not at all busy and very nice food but terrible service which was a pity.

Then off to Stratford and the ABBA Voyage stadium and experience. I know many people who have seen it and all thought it was great. Any photos or filming is banned hence my blip from the foyer area. We had cheap seats as I booked months ago but they were great in the front row on one side. The avatars and all the laser effects were amazing. There was also a live band accompanying some of the songs which I had not anticipated. A 90 minute show with no interval. 6-7.30 so home easily by 9pm. As it was while the England football was on some people went out to watch on their phones,  mostly men!
