Didn't realise how many days I've missed.. 
Am back at work but not able to drive yet. I came off all my pain relief as I didn't feel it was really helping but didn't appreciate the impact of stopping cocodamol.  I'm withdrawing from codeine, I was a bit stupid but didn't think..My gut is not happy!
