Radish

The yearly radish picture. They still give me such joy with their jewel like appearance. One rogue pink one this year.

The allotment has been well looked after. The slugs have eaten most of the salad, barassicas, and my very expensive Japanese squash plants. Obviously very tasty, but alas, I won't get to taste them.

The greenhouse is back in order, and the tomato plants have been tied in and side shoots removed. Still not much fruit from these or the cucumbers. It's a challenging season, but it's still so satisfying to be in amongst the soil again.
