Light and lovely

Took MightyMouse to school for his last mock exam. It’s an hour’s round trip but I like the drive when it’s not rush hour.

Went out with a dear friend at lunch; revisiting a cafe we both love. This light was hanging over our table.

She’s moving to a very very hot country soon; a country that will throw many challenges in their direction. We had a lovely couple of hours together but I think we’re really going to miss each other.

An evening lake swim was lovely - the water was very warm and there seemed no real reason to stop.
