Lemon meringue pie....

Today we had electricity  - all day! I did laundry and ironing and made this pie.  A couple of lovely people who I met a few weeks ago came for dinner this evening - he is from the UK and his wife is Australian!  We had good conversation and of course ate some of the pie!!  Its been a good day!
