Coffee companion

I couldn’t decide if this was a jackdaw or a crow. The AM thought crow. Whatever the visiting bird was, it was definitely a successful scavenger. It made off with the bacon rind/fat from someone’s breakfast roll at Crawfordsburn Country Park; a feast for a bird!

I’m home again from Liverpool, where I was helping with childminding at No1 peanut’s home while her husband was at a week-long residential course. It was great to see the littlies again, I hadn’t seen the smaller Baggins for seven weeks, since he was seven weeks old. Big changes!
