Bread Rolls

Bought myself a baking sheet for making baguettes. Quite pleased with the results, even though they’re more like big bread rolls. I shall continue experimenting and probably roll them out thinner next time. I used a mixed grain bread mix for these, with added linseeds, poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
