Derelict vacant lot

I have walked past this vacant lot several times and even photographed it when it had a derelict caravan on it. Today it had a For Sale sign.

In the meantime it has been, and may continue to be for a limited time, used by the locals. There's a barbecue, a ladder, a wheel barrow, milk crate, milking stool and then some. What there's most of is cricket stuff - stumps, an overgrown trampoline and graffiti promoting cricket, on the trampoline and the right side boundary.

Definitely cricket lovers are using this space and I'm sure they'll miss it when it's repurposed, probably for housing.
