Island Bay

It's a great walk from Island Bay to the Airport and this morning with a cold Northerly wind it was a good choice. 
There are some great views and an inter island ferry from Bluebridge in on the horizon. 
The Airport bus is great to get back into town and the driver took one look at me and  just said "Gold Card"  which I use to ride free. I told him I was disappointed  it was so obvious. Laughter all round. 
The lovely Golden in Extras is "Chewy". It's great to get a dog fix when out.....
