Resting Long Face

A windy and rainy morning.  Drier as the day went on, even some sunshine.  Calmer tonight and dry.

Up fairly early, chores done, then met friend Julie for walkies, when the rain eased off.  We started digging out the garden path in the afternoon, laid new concrete for phase one.  Mam popped by, we headed to the garden centre.  A quiet evening, then met Julie for walkies again.  Might try a pint later.

A fine walk past the Trondra woods, when we spied a horse with unusual markings on his face, so headed down to investigate.  He was a lovely boy, very friendly, had been busy pruning and itching his pals.  After a good itch, it was time for a rest, resting the face it seems.  I must say, I do like his white sideburns.  Taken at Da Lea, Trondra.
