Night Heron

Gorgeous day for my Birdland outing with our friend Rachael (who worked with us in the bookshop back in the day) and her friend Mark. 
The birds made great subjects for the photo practise and we enjoyed a really good catch up too. 
I haven't had time to edit all my photos but here's two that I enjoyed taking. The Night Heron and a swimming pelican in extras.
