A view from St Swithin

On the river

It was a decent morning. There were lots of rowers out on the Dee which kept us entertained on our morning constitutional. This is view across the river to the Duthie Park and the McGrigor Obelisk.

The obelisk was built to honour the memory of Sir James McGrigor, who was Director-General of the Army medical department for 36 years and Lord Rector of Marischal College.
