Gull on a hull. In extras another gull on a mast.

I felt much more alert today. The weather forecasts indicated that it was going to rain until about 4 pm. I decided to have a larger lunch, watch the final of the ladies tennis from Eastbourne and then go for a walk.

I don’t think it rained at all in the afternoon so both forecasts were wrong.

It was after 3 when I set off for Waterhead. I continued to Jenkins Field where it was much quieter. Couldn’t work out at first what the gull was perching on. I don’t think that’s from the same boat as the mast.

Back by the piers I bought a portion of chips and sat on a bench to eat them. Then, as a bus was due, I was lazy and saved myself 10 to 15 minutes of walking.
