Return To RBGE and to Rosslin

I dropped Pat at the Scottish Arts Club, before visiting the Botanical Gardens. 

After Coffee and a Salted Chocolate delight I enjoyed a walk around the gardens. The weather was mixed today, however, I avoided the rain drops.

Today’s entry is a closeup of Plantain Lillies and the extra shows a ‘fine feathered friend’ enjoying a mid morning snack.

I had a conversation with another visitor who remarked that he could spend days in the gardens. I remarked that I did spend days.

I rendezvoused with Pat and we made out to the Portuguese Store.  Pat spent some time discussing recipes and meals. We certainly came home with quite a selection of ‘goodies’, including Coffee, cheeses and salted cod. 

I even picked up a Portuguese beer.
