The dog and bone

It's my mum's 84th birthday today. She has had a nasty fall last week and is currently in an intermediate care home, until she recovers enough to get back to her 'granny' flat. She has a mobile with her, but have been having trouble getting through to her, but thankfully managed to speak to her today to wish her a happy birthday.
So the blip signifies my successful phone call.
It is also a 'quick blip' because Wednesdays are my busy day with my antenatal clinic all afternoon, and then straight to Slimming world. I managed to maintain my weight this week - which I am pleased about (total loss so far is 2 stone 7.5lbs).
