Present and past!

Today I sought permission to photograph from within the village Ulster Bus depot.  Standing in this position I can visualise two views, the current view and a past view well before my time on this sphere.

If I transport myself back in time I would be standing in the middle of the railway station, right on the mainline.  The grey building in the distance is the site of what was a single story railway station with platform along the back wall.  The newer white building behind that wasn't there and the line continues out of the far side of the station and onward to Comber.  In the right centre is the goods shed.  There would also have been a signal box just on the other side of the goods shed.  To my back the mainline left the station for Saintfield.

I wonder how the site will change in the future?
