Whoppers

These spring onions were a replacement on the shopping and are very impressive!  It might take me a while to get through this lot though.

Ian was in Portsmouth and Leo was at his girlfriend’s so I just needed to cook for myself tonight.  So I had a nice salad and stuffed a chicken breast with some cheese, onion and tomatoes and gave it a blast in the air fryer - very yummy!  The Edam was also a replacement on the shopping so was a bit rubbery but the extra onion helped sort that out!
