playtime on the sea

Not today though, a cool dull day that just got cooler and duller throughout. Played tennis, quite badly, in the morning. Coffee with tennis chums and then a little swim in the pool. An architect came to look at the pool, which was built without full planning permission, to see how we can 'legalize' it for sale. As usual, the application of money seems to be the answer, but will have to be discussed with co-owners.
Walked along empty beach; I love (but have never been on) these paddle boats with integrated slide. They look quite old-fashioned, a bit tatty, but in a cheery kind of way.
