Lamb Cawl

Lamb cawl, Welsh cheddar, and a roll ("cob").

Dinner tonight was a traditional (and delicious) Welsh lamb stew in Cardiff. After checking out of the B&B in Conwy this morning, we set off on the long drive to Cardiff. We are staying quite centrally at a hotel next to the castle. We broke up the drive with stops at Ironbridge Gorge, Tintern Abbey, and Chepstow Castle.
