Train nostalgia!

Mid Norfolk Railway..Steam Gala Weekend.
This locomotive is 257 Squadron…one of the ‘Battle of Britain’ class . We journeyed to Wymondham and back !
I was very excited when I saw this was taking part in the event…….
Many many years ago I was a little trainspotter and used to stand on Bournemouth station with my box camera.
I still remember the excitement when one of this type came in ..I thought they were so stylish ….my favourite!
Definitely a day of memories……..
