Ripe and ready for picking

As I walked through the veggie garden in Pollok taking some pictures of the squash flowers one of the gardeners beckoned me towards the greenhouse. 
Since the interior had been tidied he invited to take some photos of the tomatoes which are just beginning to ripen. The smell of freshly grown tomatoes is quite unique ..... the temptation to pinch one was quite strong but I resisted!
