Technology !!!!

Been having a few problems with my mobile lately, every now and then it will just turn itself off. Yesterday was the last straw when it did it 4 times, so I rang my service provider who told me to send it back. They told me to wait for a confirmation e-mail with an order number on and then send it. It came through at lunchtime, telling me that they would send me a new phone within 24hrs of receipt of me sending mine back. I packaged it straight up and took it to the post office, and away it went. When I got home I found another e-mail from them, my replacement phone is out of stock so I will have to wait!
How can anyone survive without a mobile phone!
So out comes (what I refer to now as a dinosaur) Gail's old phone, It's horrible and I can't use it. It's amazing what you get used to!
