Breezy at Coniston

The forecast was for almost no winds at Coniston, so we thought a morning paddleboard down there would be good. Left quite early, passing Grasmere - flat calm, Rydal - flat calm, got to Coniston - quite windy and choppy. Still, pumped up the boards and had quite a work out - particularly paddling against the breeze.

Fell in the distance is The Old Man of Coniston.
