'Love our School'

One of the after school clubs the girls go to, as well as Gymnastics, is 'Love our School'. We didn't know what they'd be doing when they signed up for it but they love it.
They could be doing anything to improve the look of school, bearing in mind their age of course. Litter Picking, Tidying away play and sport things etc. Today I was a bit early getting there to pick them up, I thought they finished at 16:00 but it was 16:15. It gave me the opportunity to observe them a little and even take a crafty photo. They had been doing other things and came back to the classroom area to do some gardening. They all, about six of them, had little metal tools for digging and raking and, after all the digging and raking was done, Bella and Hetty were given small watering cans to water the flower plants in the raised garden.
They were obviously loving it, and I loved being able to watch them for a while.
