Waverley Train Station family connection

The roof of Waverley Train Station in Edinburgh. Had to wait an hour for my train back south after a few days with Mum and Dad, but had a lovely chat with an 84-year-old lady called Margaret who met her husband in the RAF and had served in the same areas that I had served in during my RAF career (but she was about 30 years ahead of me).

Waverley Train Station is the only train station in the world named after a book, which was written by the Great Great Great Great Uncle of my wife, Sir Walter Scott (she has not got a knighthood yet, only an OBE so far).
