Apparently the leaves and stems can be used in recipes as flavour enhancers.
It was the last day of my Mindfulness with dogs group. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. The dogs; labradoodles called Gus and Yogi have been great fun. We had a good chat about self-compassion, then did a mindful walk down to the walled garden where we did a series of mindful movements, before walking back up to the Gatehouse.
An early night is on the cards, after a rotten night with little sleep last night.
