End Of An Era

Mrs BB forgot her phone when she went to work early this morning, so after dropping it off I walked into Ross on Wye town (Herefordshire, UK) to collect my film prints from the Kodak Shop. It'll be the last time as they close for good next week. The owner is retiring and has sold the shop and it'll open as a new business with the staff, Liz and Stephen, losing their jobs.

They were happy to pose for a farewell photo' and I was extremely lucky a car pulled off from outside so I could get a good front image of the shop on Gloucester Road. Sad times and I wish them all the best. I'll send them the photo's which will become more valuable over time.
