a very windy gusty day….i walked to the Gallery to meet a friend , we had a good catch up and a yummie chai, afterwards i walked through and saw this bird…..so blip sorted too!

walking home i was joined by a lady who also lives in Ashwood, so we had a nice chat…..

later Claire came with her table and suitcase with towels and potions, and the lounge became a beauty salon, calming music, dimmed light,  blinds drawn, and gave me a wonderful back, shoulder and neck massage and and a wonderful facial….

oh…bliss….after a chill time i had a shower and am having a cuppa now….
