Feeling mangled today

Think I caught abit too much sun yesterday on the descent from Loughrigg Fell so took it slowly today. Visited Townend - a farmhouse which had been in the same family for 400 years with all of its original furniture intact.
Hopefully I will be fully restored for our final day tomorrow.
