The lonely car!

This car park and surrounding ones of the same size used to be full of shoppers coming and going and it was free. Now there is a charge of £1.40 an hour and surprisingly this is how it looks most days!
This town was built with car drivers in mind and therefore there are a lot of car parks. When there was a charge it was quite low but now the powers that be have allowed exorbitant charges to be made and you see hundreds of empty spaces and the surrounding residential areas crammed with parked cars.
I will now get off my soap box. (Incidentally I was walking!)
