Flowers at the wharf

Another glorious day.

Just got back from a wonderful yoga class. It is held in the 14th Century St Ethelwold's House in the heart of old Abingdon. It's normally held in a wonderful rooftop room called the sanctuary, but today the class took place in the beautiful private garden that borders the Thames. Absolute bliss.

This was the view of Abingdon Bridge from St Helen's Wharf on my cycle ride home.
