Stray Poppy

This little poppy has self seeded itself between the slabs of the patio, I hadn’t the heart to weed it out & it has rewarded us by flowering today.
These poppies usually reach about a metre high but this little one has only made it to 30cm.
It’s an opium poppy, the original was given to me by L several years ago & it’s self-seeded everywhere so they pop up all over the garden.
