Deepcut Canal

I usually say don’t do wordle just after waking up, or go running early. But due to the heat todays sprint session needed an early 7:30 start!

And on an unrelated subject got another london marathon rejection, heading towards double figures now. Wasn’t 100% sure I wanted to do it but would have been nice to have the option of turning them down for once!!
