Fight

A bit more than a week ago a tick thought to feed on me. D. tried to get it out of my skin and was almost successful. Only a part of the head and jaws were not removable, at least with normal equipment. Some ticks manage to bite so firmly that they break when you try to pull them out.
So now my body is working to get rid of this foreign body. Eventually my body will survive, but it will take time. At least the tick didn't make me ill.
