Shoulder Class

I completed my course of 6 today. It’s definitely improving plus I’ve got an exercise sheet to continue at home. I’ve another appointment for review and possible 2nd steroid injection in 7 weeks time.
It’s a great service and I’m pleased that our local NHS provide it. They also do knee, hip and back classes plus a special class for athletes wanting to get back to their sport.
