A new flag.

Put up a new signal flag on the Jetty. ( Signal flag for the letter M, not for the M, the reason it is nice. If it had been the Scottish flag, I wouldn’t have had it on the Jetty ). The signal flag from last year had to go down. It was not pretty from all the strong winds last summer. Normally the flag lasts one summer season only. The flag comes up on the day our morning baths start and is taken down when the season is over. A peculiar tradition I am know for. The hook you might see hanging there is for Mrs B’s bathrobe. The thread from the flagpole above the jetty is to keep the seagulls away.
