When we started coming here over 30 years ago this was a busy fishing village. Every evening fishermen would set out - returning in the early hours of the morning. You could go down to the beach to see the catches and watch the older men scrape the squid pots and mend the nets. Nowadays no- one seems to fish for a living in the village. Tourism has taken over!
