Rugosa Rose

The park beside the house has a rose hedge on all sides. It’s looking beautiful at the moment and the scent is heavenly.
Walked around the village this morning. It was very quiet. Did an hours gardening when we got back, mostly weeding and tidying up.
Carol came in the afternoon so we had a really good chat.
When she left I made ginger flapjacks.
