What is it?

I've been back on my feet today and headed to the foodbank. One of those sad shifts with lots of new referrals - lots of people who have lost their jobs recently and are waiting for their first UC payment to come through.  Because of course the people who decide on benefit payements all have plenty enough money that they can't imagine that huge numbers of people don't have enough savings to tide them over for six weeks whilst they wait...

I wished I'd taken my camera with me to Tesco as it was the highland games today in the village.  I wasn't feeling up to going down after my shift, but did find this nifty little contraption parked in the Truck stop and I wondered what it was.  The phone camera doesn't do it justice but it looked like fun.
