Blippers.....Well Sorta!

I caught the bus to Ilkley today, did a bit of shopping in the town centre, had a cuppa and yummy cake at 'Outside the Box' (to be recommended) then walked up to friend Verity's house to see how she was getting on.  There were moments of sadness and moments of laughter and lots of catching up.

Afterwards I walked back down to the town and stationed myself in Wetherspoons ahead of our mini blipmeet.  I was early and ordered food, definitely the worst pizza I have ever had!  Folks were running late so I had ice cream as well and read my book.

And then there were four of us and old blippals reunited.  Some of you will recognise YearofHappy who occasionally blips now, and DrMackem and MrJohn who sadly no longer blip.  Again, there was catching up.  Everyone looked really well and it was a pity I had to leave for my bus at 8 o'clock, but it was good to see them and I will be dropping by MrJohn's allotment some time this summer.
