Sejny Market

We intentionally woke early to visit the open market in Sejny. D wanted some new plants for the garden and since we had only been to the market in the dim and distant past, we thought we should go. We did buy some plants which we discovered to be more expensive than the garden shop and explored a landscape of cheap tat and kitsch. The veg seemed to be about the same price as the shops and maybe a little more tired. I suppose some of the mostly Chinese ironware was useful but I didn't enquire about the price.

That was where we bumped into RS, and M and ER, who were leaving with a basket of vegetables.
