Chuck it in chicken curry

Been working in the garden all day and despite a plan to go out for a restaurant curry neither of us could be bothered. My turn to step into the breach with one of my special curries. Chicken, mushrooms, peas, boiled rice and air fried McCains fat chips. 20 minutes to completion and a bottle of alco free beer for me. MrsDB discovered a half full bottle of Cotes de Gascony - how convenient ;-)
