A Day At A Time.

Outback

This has to be the most remote place I have stayed in Spain.

A very tastefully refurbished farmhouse is now a beautiful B & B, run by a delightful Belgian couple.

And this is the view from the front door.

We had to go to nearest settlement, Velez Blanco, to find supper, which we did in the main square. I described this as a one horse town, if they could find a horse. But the food was OK and the prices even better.

But it was really hot being so far from the sea. This made for an uncomfortable night with no air conditioning.

One last four hour leg to go and we will be home again.
