What could be better than a sunny day with 25C this afternoon, plus another short walk in Sutton Park early this morning.
I’ve been reading some newspaper articles (in French) about the upcoming elections that President Macron has called (very precipitously).
One is a French translation of an article in the Times, about expats living in France who can now vote in our Parliamentary elections. And how they are not enamoured anymore by “Les Tory’s”
The other is translated from the Telegraph.
I printed them off from an email sent by Thierry who hosts our French conversation group every 2 weeks on a Monday. It will be a very interesting discussion today! (16:00-17:30).
Time for me to decamp to the loft room and get ready for the Zoom session.
