Scarecrows

We had a stand-in sit-in(g) vicar at church today!

Once every couple of years our village has an Open Gardens Day. This year, to enable more people to take part, scarecrow-making was included.

A map of the entries cost £3 (Only one per family needed to be purchased.) and teas were served in the village hall. This raised approximately £1,000 to be split between the church and the village hall.
