Meet Jean

I was out with my chums tonight for our six monthly get together. We decided that we would bring a couple of books to pass on to each other.

I got Excalibur and The Billy Liar Novels so some good reading over the next week.


As usual during the evening we met some nice people including Jean who does her bit to raise money for cancer charities. She was telling me she would expect to fill five cans or around £250.00 per night, not bad for someone in her eighty sixth year.

Good on her.
