a busy day

Morning run 7K, 2 and a half hours golf with Ian and Neil … my first time on a golf course… then an hour of tennis to round off the day.

Needless to say we were all enjoying a beer at the end of it. Though not enjoying the England match… well maybe I did a bit, being Scottish.
